The user will ensure that the information provided by this website is only used for the user’s personal research and/or reference purposes and will not be copied, reproduced, redistributed or commercially exploited in any way.

Images on the website are to be used for guidance purposes for reasons including, but not limited to monitor/screen/display colour variations.
Our composite products are manufactured by mixing natural materials and man-made materials and then extruded. The manufacturer endeavours to ensure consistency and uniformity during production, however, purchasers must acknowledge that there may be slight deviation in colour, dimensions or finish. This will not be subject to any rejection or claim against the supplier. Any slight deviations found in part of the goods will not entitle the purchaser to reject the remaining goods.
The product colour may vary from the image shown on the website due to monitor/screen/display colours, slight changes in batch colours or design updates. WPC Supplies recommend ordering a sample of our products prior to purchasing. Due to these changes in batch colours there may be discrepancies between products purchased at different times.
Please note that our standard WPC products are not flame-proof, but a Fire Rating B (EN13501-1 CFL-S 1), Fire Behavior for Inflammable Materials can be achieved by adding a flame retardant. This will require a special order and there will be an additional cost.
A full Intertek.com test results certificate for the Fire Rating B standard is available upon request.

If you have agreed to receive promotional messages and content from us, from time to time, by any contact form you have provided to us, including mail, email and phone number (for calls or text messages), you reserve the right to withdraw your consent to receiving such promotional messages at any time. Following purchase enquiries, pro-forma invoices will be issued to the customer, upon request or at the appropriate time before orders are confirmed or processed. The information provided on the pro-forma invoice, including, but not limited to product cost quotations, will remain valid for 30 days.
Delivery costs will be assessed for each purchase and will be included on the pro forma invoice.
We aim to achieve delivery of goods within 10 working days from order acceptance and payment confirmation.
We will inform you of the scheduled delivery date and approximate delivery time period in advance.
Due to the nature of the product, all deliveries will require the customer to have an individual capable of assisting the driver in unloading the goods in attendance and to sign the delivery receipt. Unless otherwise informed the goods will be unloaded by hand in the vicinity of the delivery truck.
The goods will require a signature for delivery acceptance. Before acceptance of delivery, please inspect the goods to ensure complete satisfaction with the products. Any shortages or damages found on delivery should be brought to the driver’s attention and notified to WPC Supplies within 24 hours of delivery by emailing email@example.com.
In the case of product returns, delivery costs will be applicable subject to the terms and conditions of our returns policy in compliance with the customer’s rights.
As guaranteed by our manufacturer the wood-polymer composite decking boards we provide come with a 15 year residential-use warranty. This excludes cosmetic damage and general wear and tear. Please see the installation video on our website from the manufacturer which contains the joist fixing centres, expansion gaps and degree of fall, to conform with their guarantee. The prices we charge for our products and services we provide are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services (for example, including, but not limited to delivery costs) and products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
The prices advertised on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Payments must be made it full for order completions.

In accordance with the Consumer Information Regulations you have a period of 7 working days in which to cancel the contract without giving a reason and the only cost payable by you, the consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods, subject to the terms and conditions within our refund policy. If you would like to cancel your order within this period please email email@example.com to request a cancellation and allow up to 72 hours for a response.
You may also cancel the contract for up to 14 working days after the goods are delivered. This is also subject to the terms and conditions within our refund policy, which are as follows:
Goods may only be returned once WPC Supplies has accepted a return request via email, which must be received on or before the 14th working day after the goods have been delivered. If the customer chooses to return the goods without requesting a return, the goods may be misplaced or lost and therefore no refund will be granted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return and allow up to 72 hours for a response.
Condition of goods
Goods must be unused, in original condition and contain all accessories originally included to be eligible for a refund. If goods appear used, WPC Supplies reserves the right to reject such goods being returned and therefore the goods will be rejected for a refund. Used condition includes, but is not limited to installed/altered products and cosmetic damage.
Customers will pay for the return delivery costs. These costs are non-refundable and equivalent to the original delivery charge.
Refund Time Scale
After the return has been received and inspected, the customer will be informed via email as to whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, return credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 30 days.
Submitting a Return Request
Email email@example.com to request a return, the return process will not commence before WPC Supplies has accepted this request and responded in such a manner to the customer. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. To improve our customer service, please add a detailed explanation of the reason for return.
According to the Consumer Information Regulations you are entitled to the following:
Specified information before you order- this will be provided by product descriptions on our website and as a pro- forma invoice for purchases before your order is confirmed.
Order confirmation- We will send you an email confirming your order after payment has been processed.
Cancel the contract for up to 14 working days after the goods are delivered- this is in place subject to terms and conditions within our refund policy.
To conclude the purchase of our products
The following steps will be made to conclude the purchase of our products:
An enquiry made from the customer to WPC Supplies via post, email or telephone.
The issuing of a pro-forma invoice (valid for 30 days).
Agreement of the pro-forma invoice.
Payment of pro-forma invoice.
Order confirmation following payment – via email.
Copies of pro-forma invoices, standard invoices and order confirmation receipts will be stored in our databases. These documents will have been emailed to the customer during the purchasing process. If the customer requires copies of these documents in the future, they may request copies within the holding time, according to regulations. Email correspondence will also be kept on our email servers.
Customers' identification & correction of errors before continuing an order
A pro-forma invoice can be used to identify and correct errors before continuing an order. By using the pro-forma invoice customers may contact WPC Supplies via phone call or email after which, upon agreement with the customer a new, corrected document will be issued via email to the customer.
